OASIS usually get updated at Wednesday nights.
You go to ecfmg webiste and check OASIS if they have updated your results. Once you have it updated go to IWA and try to reapply for the exam you want and see if it allows you to reapply or otherwise RED lettered screen will come up telling you that "our records indicate that you have already passed....."
