what is the best way to follow treated H.pylori induced peptic ulcer disease ?

  #2

Triple treatment: bismuth, amoxicilin, metronidazole.

  #3

Well, there are different schedule.
One of these is : IBP+ clarithromicine+ amoxicilline

  #4

to follow up I think you can do (H)-Breath test to see if there is still H-pylori.

  #5

tetracycline,bismath,metrinidazole

H-Breath test to confirm the eradication is sucssesful or not

depanding on where the peptic ulcer is (gastric or duodenal) u can use proton pump inhibior or H2 blockers after eradication of H pylori

for eradication proton pump inhibior+amoxacillin 2g+clarithromicin is better as far as efficacy is concern

I thought Bismuth, Amoxicillin are use as an alternative to Clarithromycin?

1. Metronidazole, Clarithromycin+PPI
OR
2. Methronidazole, Amoxicillin&Bismuth, PPI

Please correct me if i am wrong!!
