I dont think that we have to be scared for that. As, initially they will start that as test staffs to see whether we can do that well or not. Also think that those will make a little difference in the score as initially they will not be that much hard to us.Anyway, some basic points should be known by all like Normal and abnormal heart sounds, Normal & abnormal breath sounds as well as murmurs. I dont think there is anything more important than those to test at CK.....

2007 study orientation material is realeased with 3 of these questions. And I got them all correct and I am yet to start studying for step 2. No, I am not bragging about my knowledge, I am just saying that they look simple. I think we would need more practice but would prefer this type of questions instead of 30-35 line questions with 15 lab values. Just my 2 cents. Actual q in the exam could get tougher if they show 2D echo, sonogram or doppler films.

they must be experimentally because they are new introduced; they are calculating their difficulty, so they can be introduced for real; i believe few month after they are introduced we don't have to worry, but just few months.
