Hi,
Has anyone that has already taken Step 1 studied from TommyK's HY stuff? Did it helped? I mean could you find any qs in the real exam resembling what is written in there?

i only read through about 150 pages (out of 603, i believe). if my memory serves me correctly, i only had one similar question on the exam. however, going through his notes made me aware of certain things i did not connect or understand properly. if you have enough time, i recommend going through them.
i remember he stressed the antihelminth drugs and their modes of action A LOT. however, i did not have a single question regarding pharmacology and helminths.
