I failed 
I've taken Kaplan course, I didn't use UW and FA.
On the exam I did everything what Kaplan said, knock the door, smile, drape, use PAMHUGSFOSS, ets...
I was a little short of time and haven't done closure in most cases.
May it be cause?

hi lenin,
how was your experience at kaplan.do you think it is worth it to spend 3K only for five days?was it helpful for your exam?

Good: Kaplan teach well to do Phys Exam, to gather Hx, to do notes. Also they remove anxiety.
Bad: not covered D/Dx and if you will rely only on Kaplan and do everything that they suggest to, you'll run out of time.
Passing % for IMG: Kaplan - 95%, other - 83%.
Everybody from this 95% used FA or/and UW.
Decision up to you.

otherwise, Kaplan don't emphazise oral english. Other are very helpful.

What is FA and UW? I am using the First Aid for step 2, is that good enough in your guys' opinion?

FA = First Aid
UW = Usmle World (www.usmleworld.com)
PAMHUGSFOSS = acronym for questions to investigate general past health
P=past medical history
A= allergies
M= medications
H= hospitalizations
U= urological complaints
G= gastro intestinal complaints (N/V/D)
S= surgical history
F= family history
O= OB/GYN
S= sexual history
S= social history

topoli, I am an old IMG and used only the same sources (FA and UW, nothing else), studied for 4 week and got a 241/97 score. So, keep yourself focused and you'll do great. Good luck!!!

dncosta, THANK YOU so much! I am planning to use First Aid and USMLE world and study for 4 weeks, exactly like you and I hope with all my heart that I do just as well as you did! Congratulations, that is such an excellant score  And also thanks for the encouraging words and support, it is always needed and appreciated!

as far as step 2cs i think i am with the majority you
need these things to pass
First Aid Usmleworld and a friend or girlfriend to practice the cases with
you should of saved your money and bought those
two books instead of kaplan course
