This question is tricky.

The patient has Pseudo-dementia but I looked for it and no option.

So Major Depressive Disorder is the best answer, option I

J. She had 2 previous similar episodes. She unconcerned about her memory loss, so pseudo-dementia is not appropriate. Ofcourse, dementia of Alzheimer is a continous process.

She had 2 similar episodes WHICH were resolved with medication; vascular dementia means the patient become worse with every ischemic attack.
So I guess it's major depressive disorder.

the correct answer is I, Major depresion disorder. Major Depresion has 5 of following symptons for more than 2 weeks period:

Sleep disorder (positive in this patient)1

Interest deficit (anhedonia) (positive in this patient)2

Guilt

Energy deficit (positive in this patient)3

Concentratrion deficit (positive in this patient)4

Appetite disorder (positive in this patient)5

Psychomotor retardation (positive in this patient) 6

Suicidality

Also, for multi-infact dementia we are waiting for an hypertensive patient.
