Hi dear friends,
I got a Visa to USA for csa. What are the various ways that I can stay in USA after my CSA if I don't get residency by this July. How about J1 Visa. What are the future problems if I take a J1 VISA. Is it better to come back to India without hanging there in USA and apply for residency or is it better to stay in USA and apply for residency. What are the problems in either way

Hey, just want to know that is it easy to get the visa from CSA as I heard the refusal rate is too high.
