Will the experience help me in matching? i dont have much idea of step3 .Is it necessary to get matching to be bord certified. Need help!

Your previous experince will help you to match. Step 3 is only required if you want/need H1-B visa.
Doing residency is the only way you can practice medicine in the States.
1. apply for residency
2. get a position (match, prematch, scramble or whatever way you can)
3. finish residency
4. become board eligible
5. pass specialty board exam and
6. GET BOARD CERTIFIED
In this order. There is no other way, even you have 3 other subspecialty degrees in psyc on top of your board certification from any other country.
