having prior experience in Psychiatry definitely helps, provided it is in a favorable context (i.e., good scores, solid personal statement, strong letters of recommendation, and interesting professional experiences that show a commitment for the field of Psychiatry)

Intrest in the field , commitment and prior experience matter the most. Don't worry, you'll be fine even with scores in the low 80's.
