Good job guys, I know it wasnt a hard Q but the block I did was full of easy stuff this morning. After excessive exercise muscle breakdown can lead to the release of myoglobin. This will cause the dipstick to be positive even in the absence of red blood cells . You guys new this but I thought I would write it out for anyone who didnt.
