A40 yr old male has prolonged gynaecomastia ,he doesnt present with galactorrhea .he is come to ur office with the above finding,what is the most appropriate management you think of in this patient? a.danazol b.clomiphene c.mesprostol d.surgery

surgery is the best option for this patient becoz he is presenting with prolonged history of gynaecomastia,if the patient presents with acute history then one can consider giving medications
