How you guys are scoring in teh new kaplan qbank? Is there any correlation of this qbank with the real step 2 ck score?

not completely but i would say 50% is definitely new.....and harder....

hi , i`m planning to do the q bank, i`ve heard that they`ve made the q longer , just like in the exam... do u think its worth 150$ ?

that depends. USMLEWORLD is still the must and first thing to do. NOw if you have money, you want to work on your time management then 149 maybe worth it. On the otherhand, if someone is trying to save money, then there are downloaded versions of kaplan qbank, dr fischer IM questions pretest etc etc to practice.

The downloaded version of Kaplan Q bank's Q's are very short in relation to real exam, as when I appeared on Step 1, I saw a Q of 2 that they are very large. So, what do you think that downloaded version will work...as, to prepare for real exam distractors are also important as well as time management...Off course, sometime money matters but preparation for real exam never realizes that.... so, please advise that what is your opinion about the old Q bank in comparison to new one ? OR, only doing UW will fulfill every aspect?? Thanks..

My suggestion, if you have the cash do both. New version is really hard. I averaged 77% in UW, getting about 82 to 84% in last blocks. Averaged 81% in Kaplan immediately afterwards. It's also good to see if what you learned in UW gets carried over when you do another QBank. It also seems that in general people who did both scored higher in actual exam.
