Dear Journal,
   
Although it is   Friday the 13, looks we all have in good mood , good time, good connection .
So after all , with the positive, will power of human beings, it is ourselves , is adding the power , making things happen , good or not.
Like one of the folk said, cannot change the direction of wind , but can gear it [ not exact word, sorry] the sail to get to the goal .

1. keep going , keep rolling the wheels
2. keep consistancy, & persistancy either high or low mood, or lazy or good
3. do not let the mind wandering at all
So...be consistant & be persistant, either high or low ,
then... keep going , keep going , keep rolling the wheels , don't stop [ you're in the field of never boring ending studying, learning, chagllenging.. later teaching , sharing , caring, saving lives too ]
but......... never wandering around , if not for the studying physically or mentally.
Prep4, congratulation, you did it , you really did it.  
Go celebrate , then , back to chat with us & bossy us , how to conquare the world, oopse, the exam , the do & don't , right & wrong of the prep, books, Q, extra adding materailas,and time frame , wise , also readiness or not... how to know etc. etc etc.

After reading Anm 99, 250, that inspire me, sure will do to all of us. With concistant[JD's copy right] & persistant studying with all friends support, push, motivate , poke, by our big MTTTTTTTT [ cool looks like the biochem, genetics etc ] , we hope wish will turn up good like Anmelie .

I am doing CVS Pathology now.  Hope to finish it on Monday as tomorrow will be my day off from studies.

Will be back on Tuesday as serious st 1, path.
Now serious about Cs for these few days, just a short study, not for exam yet, till then.
Miss all friends , thanks all for posts, chat, call, online etc.
Re ; phys exm , any short on line notes or books, or free official viseo from University are good for this 2 day cram, run through ?
Used to use , Clinical exm, Macleod [has old one with me] , not know same in US system or not.
Any advice of Dr. Schawartz [? spelling] physi exam CD comes with his thick book ?
Better than university on line physi exam or , which is better or accurate ?

Good news , no not that or Apr fool.
Real one , not 99 yet though , not go for it yet, it will come . But re my recent sudden decision of get into short CS study with instinct, that I really want to without knowing much , it paid off . sss just done it by self in short period , with her little one help her from inside , so we all get inspired her . Then I got real schedule of study CS, sound great, not expect like that before, then again , hear that will be real sp too. That is bonus, never before , then even better will be 3 , not only one.
Ok, just have to remember to sleep early to be there early, got reminder call to come early too .
I did Pappi CVS 1st one, yes, have not really done before, glad I did, thanks U , it is really good. The other day done the Mus Sk , very good too, thanks MT .
After all , just follow or tag along, if you stuck or not with your schedule, so at least you're reading, done some thing .
Might catch up all the bug after Monday.
Yesterday, today , just start with here, Pappi, CS read .

Hello everyone,
it is monday once again after another weekend.
This Monday reminds me of Tom Sawyer b'coz i too am suffering from monday morning sickness.believe me,i feel too lazy to get the things moving.
Added to this,i heard from my friends that one of my best friends is admitted to hospital.
this further made me completely depressed.
could not read well today.i was just going through pages in physiology.
I really wonder how people with many responsibilities r able to manage their schedules inspite of marriage,kids etc etc.
Really,hats off to them............
tomorrow i got to get the things going b'coz i shall be out of station for 2 days.so definitely i must read something substantially tomorrow.
ok then,i hope remaining all r going well with their syllabus.keep going.all the best.

Dear Journal,
Still like to have a break after 2+3+1 days of fast busy non stop long hr schedule ,..
ie..2 days last week CS home reading + 3 days Cs real learning , interactive & actively + 1 day of busy work , then today I ends up outing with sunny beautiful weather with few shopping here, there then helping out some high schooler to find jobs.
The 1st 2 days at home, self reading , study at home from FA, Uw CS cramming, not done all but , UW just browsing cases.
On that 2 days self study of FA & UW I've done fast all essential basic things in general , not specific cases & make flash card in my own notes.
But it helps alot, on real learning days of the following 3 days , everyone is so prepared, so it speed up the general basic teaching, then move to main hx, phys exm fast , more time, energy there.
Then on that day one teaching, end of the day at home[ really late after dinner] is cramming of all the day time learning, so be ready for as good Dr. with sp the day of your case/cases.
All 3 days were fun, challenging, & after day one learning, day 2 & 3 real case 10 cases, 2 time as you can repeat as you like , together writting too in timed , with one complete case in CS, & OSCE way by self for each of us. It is really rock as JD said.By the end you are more confident , feel have all material, self esteem, confidence & flow to go for it. I'm glad did that CS learning , alot also come ahead for the course.
The date is really hard to get as they said. Hope we'll get it when time come.Now is booking in Nov. or later .
I think , if have chance, go for that short courses hx, px, with cases in Chicago or Toronto.or any where if the teacher is from Chicago Dr. P. B from kap.Cause sp you need to see in real b4 exm. That is why one of the Dr in attending now told me, the best if cannot attend any, go for kap one day real exm like style.
But do not worry , if no chance then , I'll like to say , try to buy the kap CS their on line store is selling hard copy, then read FA, UW too & may be their 1 day hx, px or simulated case exm , do at the Dr. P. B , Chicago or Toronto kap. That total cost will be less than 5 d or 6 d cost.
Although we all know all , some are variation of, quick way of here USA way, especially kap way of talk, interact , hx, px , dx, tests orders, counselling, case summary, closing. Those are need to be seen than read. But the most challanging is writing the pt note in 10 min with neat clear & not short form of your way, but here way . Even some here way is only popular, known at the particular field so if doubt , write in full words. But no time, write what ever, do not leave blank.
OK, I learned a lot, enjoyed it, but tired after 3 long learning day with steamy hot weather . My brain is expanded, hot , almost toasted. So I take nice day off today.
Really admire sss did it in , cramming in 2 weeks with UW only. It is also mind , game play. Have to think it is real pt , though make up need to see, know what is that make up or acting or action or manner, look, response, Q from sp etc in that room really means, even know in reading, "is not the same" feeling, experince, confidence , or way you will assume, interpret that you've seen, got , etc with sp. Do not want any one to sound alarm, or upset. But if after all no way to see sp or attend any courses of kap., b4 exm, then practice all 3 books , but may be not all in the book of each kap CS [ focus on this one ] , FA , UW I guess, not sure about last 2. Plus watch the TV, remember the bruise, etc make up, action of happy, sad, crazr, depress, angry, shy, embarress, quiet, talkative, schizo, all the amarican drama, crime, medical , soap opera, etc to familial with the way of the manner, behavio normal , abnor , usage, talk of routein lay man term , daily usage etc.. So you will be in the flow when be a Dr but know the american way.
Do not forget to smile if pt is . Speak out loud enough, keep on talking , not interrrupting pt, care, nice, firm & persistant [in psy & abuse case, etc], be gentle on phy exm. Beself as Dr. , be nice good person.
Ok, hope all friends got idea from this long post for their CS.
Back to st 1 tmr.
Thanks to every one for post here, there, pm etc. I miss you all too. The learning days are very early till very late , so got no chance to post at all , still try to peek , read at the main one.
Sorry to hear Zade, have to go through, as the way should be in CS too & from the bottom of my heart... Zade... after focus..complete hx, phy ...still need to do some tests, pictures, then the results are back then, will know what is the exact cause of that lump of that br ..situation/dx[ not use in CS, use lay man term]..
then base on that tests result we'll go from there. Even if it is the way as you're concern , now adays we have a very good tx for almost all so, with the current best tx , we'll tx you with our best knowledge . So now go home, try to rest, relax, do not worry much, since we do not know the exact situation yet.

Now it is in my back storage brain area, still need to do abit reading , organizing , just to imprint , reinforece it more in the brain. After all , you regain your clinical in timed mode , so be yourself , polishing with all books, may be courses as I said before.

Will try get up early, sleep earlier than before [ b4 is 4 am more or less , not good when next day need to be up early ].
