No problem re .. all connection r like that now adays even here .
So far I am still marching , means moving forward .
Thanks for the encouragement , I do check ur journal, back in good memory lane, boost up soul, energy , one of our, my best time .
I also visist ur ask GGT, though , now adays , am not post much due to my busy time frame , though I want to post , good thread bro , thanks.
Hope will get the score as you wish  , it's every body's dream , I know need to work hard , also wisely .. that I will get from you & our seniors [ already passed the step like you , MT , all ] .

Hi SOS , well , no secret , but it's a long flash back story , I will not like to go through as same again with , at one point while I am with all frds here .. in good chat here to & fr, then suddenly I got log out , with clitch , so have to creat another to keep rolling study , chat here .
Then with admin , mod really good job , am back with my original short shwe name after a while , so now shwe with long name as with hope 99 & shwe with short name , so that's the story .

i think made a good start by getting up at 8 instead of after10 am i hope i keep it up. in the last year i'd been giving in to the comforts and laziness but now onwards i am going to be ruthless with myself.
i'm doing renal phys from kaplan.......... its so .... any tips on how to make it better.

Happy New Year .. SOS ......... physio ... better read out loud in voice or in mind with sensible way while analysing too , instead of jsut read it plain & try to memorize, but try to understand what the sentence means in subj , system wise way .
So either explain to self in mirror or some one else after each para or sentences .
That way u will retain that for long without try to memmorize.
So all subj , especially soem like physio have to understand each pages well then some like micro etc will ned to repeat to gte recall, but like physio etc understand really well is key than memorize ., but all have to review memorize or understand , no escape , just b happy & enjoy every read
But if need help re physio renal in understanding , we all r here , u can pm me.

Following is post I post at .. SOS's site, but the message is for all friends too .. to let all know this new yr .........I am going to stick to my own old time style ........... will post here on Wednesday , will not able to visist every one daily & often except as frds' needed , so feel free to post here any time , in that case I will reply here as needed .
SOS ......... true , when visit everyone & give time to help out that take lots of time.
So we do not want it happen to anyone, so here the secret .......
post at own site once a week as long post , let frs kn too which day is ur regular post day, mine is Wednesday , so frds can come on wednesday to ur site .
Then rest will b post at frds' site as help needed to them or u .
But own site apart fr regular long post day once a wk, can post 1 or 2 more extra short post that's all .
Daily progress post in short is up to u in ur site but , no visits or post to others daily [ some time u have instinct , so go to that site ], let frds kn they can post at ur site when need help , urgent.. pm you .
So we all will not wonder, worry , ur away when not ur post day .
Hi .......... frds ... this message is for SOS to how to save time , also my message to frds that I will post same way, I did b4, just now bit lax with my rule , so if I do not post , reply , ie it is not my post day, I am trying to b a good student studying more than post more

i love it,and will try to stick to it.,now i just need to deal with my temptations to login every now and then
thanks for the advice on physio too.......... actually i follow the same,read out loud you know,i imagine that i'm teaching something and it works well but i just find this renal phys a big bore............  but i gotta do it ,bore or not.

Great , glad u get the idea rt away & creat it in ur own style rt away .
So rt on, u will post on Monday & I will post on Wednesday , that great , I usually post a fun, fm, frds messages here on Friday , but not sure will do this yr , will see .
Temptation, tell me about it, just study away from pc , only thing u can do , like study away fr TV or shut down pc, TV , easy to say hard to do especially when ur also doing online free or bought kap , RR qs etc Qs .

how are you?did you do renal phys? i am done with it,and guess what i finally managed to make it more interesting by making up some nice stories to remember the concept, and guess what ,i don't dislike it that much now..... thanks to the Goljan and dr Conrad Fisher,they teach not only the subject but also ways to make our own studies more interesting and effective.
