hi shwe,whats up?all into grey's it seems good!i like it as well but hardly get time,(dont worry not studying but,talking and munching all the time ,but keep eye on wt,dont get  ).
well thanks kity and shwe for sweet wishes on diwali,thats why my this diwali was superb,im happy.
im done with NS now onto CVS.UW scores still terrible but will raise they've promised me 
now this journal section seems so slow,come rarely just to see u few,sweet buddies,left here,i wish u all great stamina and yes keep going,we will be done w/ step1 soon as well.,gossh soon god hear me soon!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi KG , well sweet Diwali superb u get, happy to hear that .
For me moderation, I keep sweet all time at home , but take a little as needed , like IV parantrovite or glucose [no cannot get it here both ] to boost my energy.
Red bull did not suit me, any how, so far coffee work , but for exm coffee will not b good , since give u diuresis [ not sure medically, just me & coffee ]
I am here , will post abit more , since the journal keep me moving forward . so feel free to write here , be like ur own home .
I am now try to sleep early , so not catching u lately .
UW NS then CVS , way to go, go KG , go KG
How is simi ?? studying hard, I guess .
Back to study , later . Am reading kap LN .
Then good one round , will b able to do UW.

All you need to do is lunch the player ( it's easy, follow the steps ), found the gray's anatomy picture, click on it.... end find the episode you would like to see.
This season is weak, somehow I don't like them as previous one.

Thanks GG , same here, I miss Dr. Burk most & they make joke on yang, Goerge & Izze break up , is that easy after intensely fall in love , give me a break.
I can go on & on of not liking it, but so far this is one med show I watch so will see.

I am good, study on wk end as much as possible, how are you , loves ur avatar , so cute hello kitty still or new charecter ??
Have a good wk end & studying , tmr Sunday will take brk fr here , Monday too, so see u all on Tuseday .
Haray I done physio respi , also prvious chpt , but still need to make sure will remember after understd well all physio , killing is FORMULA
I miss Centa Clause paray in down town today... hub working hard, teen son hange out with other teens , me home alone, better study while they alll out
Went to that parade since he was borned, till he get older , but come on we're we both are still young , so we did go byself or me byself when in down town studying  , oh with those noise who can pay attention or listen or hear the tape & concentrate on the book, no way . All , we all , almost all student will line up at grand stand indoor glass door from above with down looking good view .
I sh hv done it by self visit study frds there & watch the parade fr indoor, ok , next yr , better b student ther by tim e, so can watch the parade with study frd there
Anyhow, I done ,I done half of physio , that's good, that count
Ok , enough chat, back to late lunch then , hit hard to all books while all boys are out

How is winter down there ??
It is terrible here with 1st snow with hard hit , accident , cold, ice pellet .
Thank god I do not have to b out today .
Stay warm , walk , drive carefully if on icy road .

Hi D 99 , respi done, yippe , also GI can u believe it , no no , mainly the physio .
Love to do all system, but my schedule will not allow , so many to do 24 hr is not enough , need 36 hr . I kn we will get that hr in our residency . Like 100 hr a week .
Now only 24x7 , but with sleeping , eating , routine , we have 16 hr the most with sleep abit less or if notorious like school days .. will b 18 hr aday by sleeping 4 hr aday only [ dangerous , but we all do in med yr & still doable if u train self . But not recommanded .]
Ok , D ... study hard, me too .
What r u at now adays ? Study wise .
Happy Thanks Giving Day to our frds in USA & some in north pole cold site Candadian frds but also celebrate American thanks giving day .

Hi NV, good to see u here, do raed tiny even very busy so u will hv connect to the study , since restart is raelly hard even u think u can , but when lost the read , u can start any time again , just Not the same as continuous read even just 1 golj or few page aday or few Qs aday only .
Total stop hit hard on reading & soul & motivation , study & sense of security of being still studying .
Pl do come back study at least few times a mo to keep in touch to keep ur dream alive.
Hope all OK, glad to kn ur mom is good nothing major .
Do read , find time to do it or find some one to hang around to make u read .
We all will b here if u need support & motivation.
Pl do post in ur journal & main site, if u like here to keep up ur study.
I myself so busy too , so acnnot , will not post regularly here & other site too.
But will keep an eye on frds site now & then , but will not as regular as like b4.
Will check , post .. here & main site few times a wk too .

KG , I am back to basic at physio , so now make me clearer , like papi's audio, after a while , u read again, listen again, some new things pop up . Also realize taht stop too long, far in beteen is no good, u always has to b back at ground zero , I did , several times by no choice to balance life .
But now on, will keep at least 1 papi aday with one topics or chpt or subj of section or system aday or at least summary pages of any books like FA etc to b on evreyday if regular study subj, system, books or Qs cannot have time for them, it .
Thanks KG, I try my best to give a hand to afmily, friends here with my own daily juggling with smile .
Do not feel bad when back to base line , sinec u hv doen alot, it wioll b quick to rise up high , just focus, concentrate, b happy then study will follow through .
Ok Sis, keep it up, keep going a sthe name said .

I am half done my one subj of kap but still nee dto review, just done clear understanding , hope God will garnt me, balance studying, family etc life with happy family & success exm story with residency soon too . I also do study, work hard too , god do forgive me watching dancing wit the star final last night, but that give me full of joy & show me light, hard work pay off, by seeing early drop out adncing couples , all are adncing so flawless , so beautifully , so if u work ahrd u will b there at the top with un touchable score u can ever dream of
Pl God pl grant me the strength of the patient , focusing , wisedom , energy physically & mentally , & concentration, photographic memery , powerful recall , speedy understanding and also still able to help any frds or stangers or pts or any one in need .. etc . of ... all the talents , intelligent , will powers I have , had b4 all come back in full swing to have run family, study , health , life , all smoothly in clearly sincere , honest , fair , right way to sail to my destiny of dream to be MD in here , USA, to save the life of the sick all around the world too .

Yup , study with work , afmily never been easy . So we will need to work hard to get it done .

Thursday ...... Dear Journal ...
Everything is good or not bad, only is the weather if have to go out long or late .
So far so good, march to the better , need more speed & review for the read by great motivation too, but do not want to over do like last winter ends up sick days for us .. on off so hard to get full recovery & catch up .
After all back to kap reading to start ... interesting .. when give time to read well ...... all make sense ... that take abit time , though not too much , also not too rush , so no time for Mr. G till , have more time , that will b soon in holidays .
Now is like survival ....... in balance life........... family , work , study , keep fit for all & give time to family too , oh & Yang Grey too , once a week
Hope study mates , family , all also in good studying with balance family , life , work too .
Have a good study wk fm , will not say each , so will not miss anyone
CONGRATULATION to our deary sis , MT , 211 , 87 , high 87
Wish her to get..... high st 2 score too with good st 3, residency too

Well after for a while , with few free hr today , been able to post browse here more than usual like old time , glad I did , got to so many happy thread prematched, couple prematched , link some important like this ....

So today is stay back day , read few , not as much as wk day , but will not b like that much in this yr .

Miss RR path & related , have no time to do them for a while , will catch it up in holidays.
So far one subj of kap almost done with clearly knowing well , but still need the review to able to recall in split sec , & to expand the read with others , Qs too .
Thanks to the angle , also able to get the favorite new books just in my style as early X'mas present , thank you , thank you, thank you
I have been trying to get those but could not for whole time since few wks ago .
Oh, the brand new nice smell good print fancy pancy new books really motivate my reading too .

Look where I found similar song .. PP [ papio ]....... not knowing ur night bird study late , sleep less . coffee help mate
Sos , well 7 mo gap , not bad , as far as u come back , been there more or less than 7 mo , so like u have , can say read more than once .. like as u twice .. but with center video cause everytime I come back there is new books , video out so I have to start all over again .
Still if I go back there to study all are new dvd now, but try to sit tight study home , will see .
So I will say it is 1.5 read .. but not real read , just learning stage with video & books . So better count it as done learning , not reading , so it won't count .
So here I am in 1st read , 1st kap subj , still not real read , this time is from learning to understanding all very well , deep down the kap Ln with my video notes So can still say not a read yet , still evolving from learning to understanding.. but this understanding is so amazed that it lead to better recall to some extent . I might call this read well 1 round when all subj done.
Try to read references when needed, Qs when boring, & papi same boring for kap then papi time like coffee to wake u up .
Then will start serious read # 1 after that , with more Qs as kap Q book, bank .
BUT .. well since akp have 2 wk free , why not, so now schedule banding to do kap Q bank .. wow ..... nervous has .. behav....... 6 qs .. most are actually pharm .
any how am glad got alot correct , but loss alot of sleep too , may b will b back to late study , but up early , since study always good at night , do not know why, may b quietness, dark with night light all good conditional reflex .. my brain is doing the best
Wish SJ [ Scareless Johan ] have a great study wk lead to good exm day
Now I kn why she is ms DJv , not mrs
Even Sunday here I come , reading, Qs , studying
After that few hr outting for getting winter boot
