Hellooo! Are you back with a bang? How many hours do you put in everyday?
The time on the computer is good, but it does not give us the kicking we need. So please use an alarm clock to limit your time on the forum/other distractions and get some productive studying done. In my opinion, it is better to go to a library where you are undisturbed and no internet! I am glad you are seriosuly trying to study and cut down on internet  Keep it up!

GL Ed, try it , only once a week , inbetween , nothing , may be for some as needed .
I now only surf here, try to cut back here too . Also any other webs, e mail etc .
I glue to self at study desk, surrounded by all books , audio, video re exms, nothing else .

Morning journal & friends.
Not bad after slept so late, still wake up in the mornig , just tiny little later than usual on purpose , my eyes open as usual time in the morning , force to sleep a bit more to compansate the late sleep to get full fresh mind energy when awake, am already reading few pages of anatomy.
So will be back to study , see all may be night or later or few days later , depends .
AFC is back after nice long vacationing back home , ?? Mars , since she said Q at st 1 on her D days .. some are like Q from Mars .  is that true sis, something to do with M.. Mars .
Will try to catch her after her rest with long hr trip back here .

Anatomy, seriously anatomy.
Will try to listen bioch 28, 29 well when into it .
But stick with one subj, no more confusion, or fooling around, or jack of non [ not you bro JoK ] .
Even stop listen to any including Papi, he's so good & i'm addict to him. But now anatomy pure anatomy mind AC. That works well in past, med school, yrs & yrs of off more on kap viseo study .
So am home, nice , quiet, no Papi or any sound, deeply reading my kap LN book, even without my video notes file along with it I had written, then open up FA after few pages kap topics read, WOW, that's the best , I used to do with 2003 Fa in 2006 & forget about my best method of study .
DVd may follow after the read of each chpt or big topcs.
But best is read a little topics , then FA , do it as v. small steps at a time, then review read again same samll topics, that how I started in Feb for histo, by time is kap LN, my notes along with dvd, repeat same samll over & over .
Now is with FA & kap Ln , so far so good.

SHS , good to see you here. Golj , do with his live lN , RR latest text too .
If near London book store ? Dallions , go sit there with audio papi while reading his RR latest if not in plastic wrap like here .or do at the other book store , smaller one, forget the name , near oxford or Picadilly tube .
They used to be good , allow you to read all as like library, that what I miss LOndon.

Long long ago, work not looking for choose me, so I said ... what the hack, lets try , lets see just for fun 1 yr the most or may be evn not to work . So I will stop my MD dream & all the study & plan for exm for 1 yr the most then will be back to study , I planned , but ends up working almost a decade , till recent yrs.
Is partly due to my finacial too for more income for family better , best life .
But by that time , you pass, you're in , decent , best prg , speciality even. Then 1 yr pass of working, still not that bad, 80 score, you still good, then yrs apssed a few yrs later, still ok, 82 you are in best prg still.
Then yrs passed again, still fine , 85 you're still v. good.
Then suddenly next yr ,boom, 90 man , without that, do not come, or within 5 yr grad [ you cannot change this ]. Still doable I believe I can do it.Oh oh , just 6 mo or barely a yr, 99 then months go by , no no 99, 99 to just get the interview 
See Anuba, I miss all the trains, all the ride, good life, cause i post pond study .. to have good life for family .
Now i am still broke, but brave enough to borrow money fr bank to do as all for exm, books, courses etc, yes the money I had earned b4 show me ,I can earned back if have time to work again, so not afraid to spend for exms prep.
But Big time, I lost all my yrs , the good time to get residency by decent mark with good study or regular study.
Now I had to catch up high marks to get interview, residency . So has study more than regular , have study v. v. hard way ahead to catch the train, b4 just buy the ticket next day /study for short & get the train.
I am still tempting when job post call or send mail, i debate it all time till recent months, will not read, answer any job , just be happy with PT one , not so busy with Ft study to catch the train I really like to be on, instead of trying in between train to see what really the trip is, yes actually those in between train are just to make you a big TRIP.
Thank god, I did not trip , fall off & run over by those unnecessary side train , which are not I am aiming to ride . I hope I get off from those bad train on time, may god forgive me & help me out, since those side track trains are my sincere good will to help family finacial 7 good life especially for my little son by time .

Hi Shwe, thanks for stopping by at my journal...
i missed my trains alot of times in my life, eighther because i was blind or naive but not anymore. Now my eyes r fully open and will catch my train this time, won't miss it, promise to me. just have to run to it, not much time left to walk to it.

Dear Journal ,
We shoul sit at the table like MDU with hot coffee & coke then , we don't mind glue to the desk with study .
Make a routein , after morning breakfast, sit at here, at desk, p4u as motivator, eye opener. But after few posts , read , you ready to go & read study all day .
Do not come back here till need another dose of stimulant , say late noon , then b4 bed .
But best is morning & b4 bed here, that's all .

Too late Yuna, just kidding, never too late .
I am beyond the dependence, I am really .. oh addicted at here , withdraw syndrome really OUCH , also can bad seperation anxiety , so will keep all in harmony but more study, less here.
Already have good time here happy, sad angry etc. So , now better to seriously at real battle like in Yuna, Tidus etc. to usmle .
