Cause it's so colorful, beautiful out with all colorful good photo paper quality pictures in , you or any one might thought it is magazine when shelfing the books last time, glad you found it, I will be freak out too, so tell all at home do not clean up my books or desks, space, the thing is it's every where , he he, on dinning big table too, how come , so now eating at small table.
My pc genious prof in pc will faint out if she read that magazine, that is why she is not in medical , but my son will love it since a baby, my color atlast small or big are his favorite & b4 bed read byself, imagine, even the dermato one.

TO ALL FRIENDS ... WARNING & REGUEST
Dear Friends,
This morning , at my few posts , with links , instead of the link post , my pm link show up at all my links. Thank god, I had deleted all inbox as my usual organized way , so only non personal inbox one left .
But still till now I ask help to look into it , no support yet, so far.
So PLEASE IM HERE OR CONTACT E MAIL ETC, OR POST NON PERSONAL , NONSENSITIVE POSTS HERE , cause from now on I will not pm any one through my shwehope any more too , cause do not know how private could it be any more .
Sorry for inconveniencet . Anyone have saved my pm link pl it is not belong to you pl delete them without reading them at all.
I did delete all link with mistakenly link to my pm, which is not me , just some technical or any wrong from the site. I also delete my pm the only one in inbox .
Also I delete all my draft, sent items too .
Friendly advice, do dl all your pm in inbox, draft, sent item , save in your pc, asap & do as regular, every pm in , do right away , so if something like that happen to me ,happen to you in future , you'll not freak out, upset, cause no pm at all in your pm for others to read accidentally .
Ok, what a Friday . I am so exhausted .

I know pm readable by some high end , I am not worry about it , just upset cause I found out only after good friend found out that upset , freak out that person, me too . Cause though nothing in pm, but has personal chat & info as like family matters.
I am sad have no time to save sent pm cause v. busy , cause cannot delete sent b4 , as you know my sent items are v. informative, I need them in my file for self reminder too & for future references. Cause I reply only after extensive research for every Q, etc ask me.
Though I regularly save inbox & delete them already , thank god .
Yes, now admin, moderator will looking into it, hopefully fix it, may be just not my day today, have instinct this morning , I should have know follow my instinct, as I told others & patients, here they also said intuition.

I am sad have no time to save sent pm cause v. busy , cause cannot delete sent b4 , as you know my sent items are v. informative, I need them in my file for self reminder too & for future references. Cause I reply only after extensive research for every Q, etc ask me.
But what can I do, better safe than sorry, so I delete all 9 or more pages of sent item [not saved , cause cannot dl, cannot delete b4 so no point to save by time & no point to delete cause is my sent out item secure privately in my pm , used to be, not any more ] ,with fresh inbox one, draft one[ not save , cause cannot & cannot delete b4] .
Any way , my bad if my experinces freak , upset friends here .Sorry folks.

Cannot concentrate papi, so now listening to Full House movie, koreean, music, songs loud, suppose to study , so stay home behind while son, hubby have fun inthe mall, foof, shopping, new clothing

Ok, the pm link problem solved , only the pm owner can open to their own pm , so , can pm to anyone , as private message .
The pm link open to owner of pm, if the owner click on that pm link . So don't be panic .
Others open that pm link open to that other individual own pm link . Thank god.

p 4 99 , do every thing as much as possible, as far as understand, at 1st read, most are in 2nd or 3rd or later reads or like Ed recent & still in school, so far she the only one here among us with same stuff at her premed, junior med school books or teach, learned as usmle style, almost all are IMG with the recent or yrs ago grad, but with touch of foundation or even nothing kap LN , dvd is good & need more go for reference books, Ed is using those good, best reference book , so check hers.
Then do 3 hr dvd, be sure around 50 p more or less , but do not stop even done the hr or pages, then after each topic or subj can do FA or Kap Med Essential or both as summary or in 2nd read for summary . Q too can do at 1st read or 2nd read , still will have chpt end Q, with Q book 1st or 2nd read then Q bank, UW at any read , usually 2nd or 3rd , but after all , all depends how you like, works for you.
One thing, no regret, negative, guilt, that school not teach you any, like different study style, school different too for own local good.
That is why usmle in, so after all pass all steps, all singing same music to be work well , survive at the uSA med fields.
So dear p 4 99 , sis, you're like me, us, instead of studying, like to collect info for months, we all did it . But no computer, internet , or web like this even there , not much ppl, info clear like today, now adays, so pick best & study till you tired , we all doing it. You can do it too.

Yes, Shwe, I agree with you. Non-US schools don't teach to the USMLE, except the Caribbean ones. Can't speak for Canada or the UK, maybe similar? So I can understand what someone from non-US education must be going through studying for the USMLE Step 1. Yes, my background is diff from most that post here, but we still have one thing in common: a desire to ace Step 1, 2 and 3, and be colleagues in medicine in the US. GL and have a good weekend, Shwe

re; carribean ones, not all are same in usmle style or good in teaching & facilities lab , cadever , teachers learnt from local friends attending the school/ schools at carribean . Some even say do not send relatives, friends to such & such carribean ones not only not teach as usmle style, but also teach none or to the standard reasonable level as they should have know their basic med Sc .
Same as all med school including USA, Canada , UK , around the world , some are good usmle style teach or not , does not matter G7-8 , developed country or underdeveloped [ third world ] as all terminology given by some developed country as they said/ claimed , depends on their measuring value of the country .
But good or not usmle style or not, always depends on the students too, though usmle style or good school student does not have to work harder to get the usmle style knowledge . Again all depends on individual , not solely depends on the school .
For eg. I am pretty sure , you're exceptional even in your school , that good in speed & study , with full of stamina, strength, good soul with helping hands .
Not every one same as you though you are in same school .
Will be great , when you have done the st 1 , we can chat about rating, & actually good & etc level of the carribeans one . Good to know for our friends, relatives, our future generations too .
Yes , with usmle, as I have said b4, we all can be in same level , repect when done all tests & work in usa as collegue . Also usmle exms bring us all here as be friends, family does not matter which school or where we're from & who we are , that sweet .
For me I will definately recommand any one to go to your premed, & med school that well prep for USMLE if their aim is to work in USA.
p.s . Ed , p 4 99 seems abit confuse , upset , down, loss in study & questioning why she is slow, you're & others are fast , so I just try to point out the different , that's all. No other purposes.
If by any chance that make you feel , not one of us, my bad, actually p 4 99 bad , I try to explain help her see clearer by give only one good eg I know of , it is you my dear sis Ed with others too many to mentioned the name .

Hi Shwe, thanks for dropping by on my journal! I forgot..what subject are you reading now?, besides listening to goljan?
About the schools preparing for MLE, well, I graduated from a mexican university, and a lot of the books that med students in the US use, we use, but translated in spanish, jaja, we go to the UCSD library to get books and journals, articles, etc, we don't do exams like the MLE in the US, but they prepare you for other national exams, which are similar to step 2 and CS but with fewer patients. I don't think it has to do wheter or not your university prepares you for MLE, I think, al least for me, is the time that has gone by, I mean I read anatomy for the first time 13 years ago, so of course you remember stuff, and things that you use on the day to day bases seeing patients in private practice, like more clinical stuff, but re-learning the small details is what is time consuming.

Regarding the school thing ... i get the point ... i get the point ... i get the point ...
but i love reading posts by people like edie, askdoc, p53, mazinger and some others ... they make me wake up and look around my self and pump up my motivation ... med. students should be like those i mentioned not dumb slaky waky retarded bumbs ... if you put the big guys ahead of you, you could be confidant that your on the right path ...
My situation is sooooo much different than others out here ... i would rather not talk about it but cuz edie wrote about her self i should too: ... here there is nothing called "colllege-undergraduate" thing ( you know what i mean: those years after high school and before med. school ...
Over here we dont have subjects such as genetico-moleculo-immuno !!!!! who needs such subjects !!!! ( i told you the system over here is retarded and has to be looked over, they think were still in the 1920s ... man, i can go on and on but all of you have studies to do and have no time for this crap ...
Please after you read all of this do give me a hand not look "downer" at me than before !

p 4 99 , May be not exact words , but , as you're asking at some sites are same straight meaning as like that , as in ways of meaning , not exact words as asking others ..... what read are they in , why they are that fast , etc . I , we never did has that kind of comparison , I , we all are .. all have good knowldeg from our own school , 4yr or 6 or 7 yr. , proud to be our own school knowledge . For some reason we're here or some where around the world to get pass usmle to practice best medicine [ my believed, most of others may be, not you, I cannot know you any more ] in the world to save life, hopefully will able to do it all aroung the world even as charity especially to our own med school to repay back as thank you to our teachers to what they make us to be where we're today & future of today .. as MD, USA .
Oh well , I think I am v. tired 1st time in my life to explain the situation. I just like to get over it, get rid of it , wish never bother answer, helping all, but will do for my true friends , we understand each others.

I realized now I should study or not, do not waste time for others who just take advantage of you , forward, do not stop , or else others get help, easy ride on you will passing by you will left behind.
But in turns you will get bad words , that's all .
ps we all are still here, not done exm yet... not because ... I said the reason not because already , like to say why still here..... because of so many reasons... main is family, children, things to take care of though USMLE is priority, but in reality , there is more than that to set USMLE as priority unless we're single or backhome with no responsibity of any except studying .
p4'99 , I am sure alots here are as young as you when in med school like 16 y.o , out of high school, may be still 16 y.o or barely 17 yo in med school to have 5, 6 or 7 yr med school plus 1 intensive yr of intern with clinical yr overlap mix up with the basic science since yr 1 or later yr with final 1 or 2 yr all clinical .
Also most not learn as usmle style , especially like immu, genetics, biochem etc grad old or new or still in school, but still study mle for getting MD dream .
Another is my school motto, Physician has to know everything, no excuse, it is the proffesional with never stopping learning , unseen or unheard or not . So if have mental of this I have never know, how could you survive in real clinical or research , the pt or case or research never say I am p4'99, prove me in research or treat me as usual you treat p4'99 .Just the eg .
May all soul rest in peacful mind in their study , me too without any more distractions, annoyings, irritating messages & situations .

Now I will recommand the school you've mention , cause have friends here real life also school fr Mexico good, but not get chance to get exact name yet.
Also some kap famosu LN dvd , video teachers proudly said grad of Mexico in live lectures , forgot the exact school name.
NV , feel free to post long or short here .
I am in anatomy , but with so many on kind of postpnd & but try to get something so papi is the choice .

Have not say , "Hi as dear journal " for a while. Been busy with friends here, there, real life too.
I will try to focus on dear journal as I do on study, friends , family .
MT.. doing CS, GOOD LUCK , ALL THE BEST , BEST WISHES again .
