Hello Dear Swe,
Thinking of you right now, can not believe you got up in North already 32 C ? The weather here is just distracting, it is so beautiful, makes you want cry. Sunny like 26 C, breezy from the ocean, blue sky, dolphins, nice boats, and great cargo ships on the horizon, can not forget about aircraft carriers. Have you ever seen one? They are a floating beauty. Thinking to move to some dump place, at least to the library.
See, no internet, hope you will have it back soon, miss your positive attitude. How are you doing study wise ?

Dear Journal,
Last week of May here.
Not that productive or what to say can look at the other way around, good month with alot of good old, new friends, interactive, helping out , help me too . Have good time with family, feel like life is back after deciding will do as few yr ago since study, fun, family, busy , multitask , outting [ have my ipod with audio on] life style.
Try sit tight, go nowhere even in house, glue to my chair, desk, but in the long run, months , me frozen, feel stuffy then rebal, TV on etc . So last few weeks ago decided to do park outting with family as usual like few yrs ago[ did not go to park last yr to study , I did study but by time not study home ] .
But as GG said , one good thing I had & have & still doing is , stick with Papi audio , this time with his RR text only open, not all other of his notes. Then also write on text or new note sheets . So since on hemato, can imagine, never end, endo, GI , CVS etc faster than hemato , but almost done.
So from now on, no more Grey anatomy, season done. Will not only study, will go out on weekend to park for refreshing mind, lung , walking excercise with lauging fun excercise too with my ipod on with few old old lectures, cannot get papi in there in any mp3, ipod, phone , do not know why. Did break few mp3 in past while try to put papi in.
Ok, enough for typing, should back to papi at least soon.

hey shwe thats good plan to enjoy,yeah dont get totally obssesd with study,enjoy and have fun time daily that way u will get more motivation and can motivate us here.. like tittle of ur journal...!

Stay there , not to dump place, think about you're already in heaven nice place that will give you energy to study with no down mood. i like to study while seeing nice out side view especially ocean, water , have it back home, here have nice big play ground with moving car on street instead of water & dolphine .
In chinese also believe moving water at front house is prosperous & good luck with money, success flow into that house . You can see the chinese temple like to face moving water at the front, to have their buddha, god, all angle etc more powerful & alive , that good for worshiper's dream, wish come through.
We have one at the Niagara Fall & in my back home.
GL in your study with balance of refreshing ocean, dolphine scene .

You can sense as my twin . I almost forget we have similar study rip off text pages to keep self carry with when study in med school, not any more, not allow by hubby at least cause books are pricy & he will not read my rip off texts sheets ...... wish could take small portion of pages to the park , at least they agree that I can have my ear bud on from my ipod, or phone while outting in amusement park .
Now I might even allow to have my lap top carry with me, sit in the coffee shop in the park to study, while some will go for fun, some sit with me have fun watching fun beauty around like me while , me will also have the ear bud on. Cannot wait that moment in future weekend.
Today , am good girl with papi at home, while on here, cause boys are out , self this weekend with indoor fun , too noisy for me & cannot have ear bud on cause will be wired with indoor close to friends people around, not like in out of town park with all stranger around except the family , whom understand your problem , or good job listining to lecture while have fun in park with them at the same time.
Do not ask how I did it, been multitask at same time since I was borned:

He is ok, you can try random chpt & dvd & see how it goes for you.
BUT others said , just reading the book ie old book 2002 I think , yes mostly , some cpt he is reading , some not , but for me I love to read along with the lecture video, that make me study steady, continuous, constant and persistant. Also done in good speed, timing & understanding, concept .
So far I try to read self , it goes nowhere, so after bored with papi[ also read along with audio is better] , or will set time to do lecture reading along with the dvd .
But as I said b4 .
GL sis, been busy work today tomorrow will be too.

Hello Shwe,
I just managed to put in our good friend Pappi onto my Ipod, when you insert new file into the itunes, right click on the file and say Convert selected to MP3 (although it is already in MP3 format). Then delete old file, and sync new converted MP3 file into Ipod... it WORKED!!!
These were tips from Edie, Oluw, and others here at forum (thanks a ton!!)
Heyy I am a fan of Grey's Anatomy too! Boy am I glad that the season is over, now NO EXCUSE to go near the idiot box (TV) AT ALL!!

Dear MT,
Congrat to get CS date, it's hard to get date now aday. Just do CS at late night or bored with st 1 time in between. UW, FA are great, I read them few ahead, so my kap course the cram one I can follow.
All are similar , overlap, but you might have your own way too , since at my practice case I did my own way within the principal of all three of them, cause it is hrad to do very different way in clinical as the way you are doing or used to do.
I have got good excellent remark from the teacher, sp , wish will do same in exm, but i did get remark as a bit too fast, quick in listening heart sound, i know i did fast to save time, but teacher notice it.
So in real exm , believe it as real pt, then you'll not jump too quick in physical at listenibng like me. I do respi listening well, after I had realized that my ausculta at ht sound finished too quick .
Important .... know the case, lead to few dx, with ddx, investigation, focus hx, focus ph exm.
No time at all, also most important sp note, some kap teacher [ not my teacher ] said
write in this decending order ...dx ..ddx investi then ph exm, c/o or cc , hx then social etc., in case run out of time. i did case quick so finish early, write quick, finish early, too quick, hand writing readable but abit messy .
The point is be alert all time, sp lead you if you're out of line or distract you on purpose to check your ability to remedia to main thing. It is fun, but always act back as real DOc , as they are acting as real pt. But arthritis with deformaty etc , palpitation etc some signs are real there if common in usa public.
Hand wash.. practice quick as 1, 2, 3, ... teacher said.. do not try to save the tree...grasp paper as much at one pull to wipe away water, do not wipe on your lap coate.
Be groom as Doc, wear comfy professional leather or not shoes, no street cloths like jean or runner.Tie up hair to back . No low or too see through , thin blouse, be professional .
Short form, abbreviate.. not sure .. write it up in long, no time .. do short any way to comlete all, Dr are reading them , not sp.
Diagnosis... no short form, most possible on top .
All small detail will get each marks.. knock loud 2 times on door, smile & hand shake as sp ok, drape , care etc. NO SMALL TALK , do not chit chat or judgemental ... one case .. sp said .. one partner, married 30 yr, student said that's good, teacher said better not comment. No leadind Q unless , until sp no response or in right response, but sp will response though.
We had v.talented , clever sp, sp also ask ,learn creat more variety of cases within case , they twist or change case , answer so many ways that seeing one case is not enough, so practice that way too.
Be up beat, in rhytem , flow, cheerful unless sp is not , then all will be good. Need good night sleep, full energy next day for exm too.

Do not , PL DO NOT SKIP THE PATHO IF IT IS DR BARONE. He says much much more than Papi , though different way of approach, you'll need all of them.
Also Do Not Skip Dr Raymond's PHARMACOLGY, more than ,much more than book he will says too.
Micro , IMMU .. Do Not Skip.. notes are non sense, not complete , her lecture though not so good or complete but you'll need it . Her micro.. have , no idea, not done yet. I like old man . I am not her fan.But micro you have to do, you have to do .
Also neuro anatomy, Not to skip , alot to write, more than the kap LN.
Try go daily to kap , so may be no need to extend much or not at all.

Micro. have all color slides to see , you might need to see all that slides.Not sure how much slides are in exm.
Anyway, there are so many options , so we'll talk about it on skype , or if you have free minute without charging roaming, incoming long distant call from me, I can call you from my home at your convenient time.

Also use ext hard drive to save our study etc, save none in your pc , except program, sofware , so your pc will be v. fast.

Thanks for your tips for me at acintya's journal. I was listening these videos while doing housework , a while ago then somehow I stopped doing that. Now want to start is again. I do not listen to lectures while driving because I like to talk to my kids in that time. They are in schools for half of the day and then busy with their after school activities and when we are at home, I keep rushing them for having supper and going to bed. Driving time is a good time to have some nice chat with them.

I also listen to papi all time, but stop for a while, only listen when study , so now try to change the tactic, listen more variety , not only papi. That will keep me active in my listening.
Been busy last 2 days working then today get after effect of working too hard . So today is stay back, post here more day.
Will try to get back tmr to catch Ac. in anatomy, since I keep on loosing anatomy buddy .
Are you still at patho papi with me or you just doing others like which one?
Will let you know as i had said b4 if on pharm, so you can read along with my newer book with my new dvd notes. But have not check latest yet, could be same from my newer one.
Yes, it is good to have one specific set time for family chat .

Thanks KG , I am hang in here , not to get too sick.
Good to consult any latest text for the drug, therapy, medication. But just the common one . Pharm mainly asking mech instead of dosage, drug to use.
Study what you have , if lucky will get someone with latest so you can check your with latest . Pharm is my last subj to study , so will let know if you still need it.

This week turn out , not that much read, with 2 busy work day, day 3 , 4 busy with family & own not feeling well now & then , so already am in Friday, try not to sleep with tea , snack , but still not much done, so here I am typing away to lift up my soul so the immu will be up with happy good mood then the sickness will goes away.
Hope that will carry on leads to good health to best mood[ when I am really not feeling well, have abit less up beat mood] then will study like b4 as fast as in variety. At least still able to go with papi in the morning, afternoon, evening , as non continuous cause I am having nausea like the others though I am not expecting.
That is you call girls talk or share , care about each others I think

Wish the nausea with runs to wash room all the time is the same common cause as others & usual so good news.
Too bad not like that , I found out late night after nausea with running wash room alot is due to the humid, stuffy . Cause Hubby & son keep on turn off the A.C without me notice while reading , but I like cool, cold to study with fresh cold air on face, head while me myself wearing fully dress winter clothes in house, but they both are on shorts & T shirt , so imagine .
So I ends up with over dress heat & thirst with drinking alot of water, no wonder being nauseated & running to the wash room alot.
Now I am still wide awake, should be in bed long ago.
Ok , sis , will study till sleepy , fall asleep.
