Hi all,
Thanks very much.
The books I bought/studied:
First Aid: (Thoroughly)
Kaplan Q Bank 3 mths 70% score(out of 100%)
Gross Anatomy: High yield (Finished)
Nueroanatomy: High yield (partially)
Embryology: High Yield (Partially)
Physiology: BRS (Completed)
Pathology: BRS (Completed)
Pharmacology :Lippincott (used minimally...only for reference), did first aid instead
Biochem: Lippincott ( used minimally only for reference, did first aid)
Behavioural Sc. High Yield(partially)
Micro..First Aid and Jawitz(minimally used ..for reference)
I sincerely advise not to study like me....Kindly study thoroughly for the exam... i did like this because I had other responsibility as well though had a lot of help as well.
Another thing ...someone advised me not to study Kaplan notes but these small books instead.....as the notes are too exhaustive....I found the advise quite reasonable...this exam is just to test the basic concepts and not the details....thus a good review book like First Aid is must and QBank(Kaplan/USMLEworld)is advisable.
