Does anyone know if most programs have already completed their RANK LIST? and if so is it pointless to send letters of interest or thank you letters? Thank you for you input.

No, most haven't and will wait until the week before. Even if they do have it in, they can make changes until the last minute.... ___________________ bbb - trying to combine common sense and humour into realistic answers, but not going to guess on anyone's chances of getting into a position....
