short Q could need longer aswer ...........

can an IMG doctor get a research post on H1b status then if he/she accepted in a residency program offering H1b visa?
I mean from research h1b visa to clinical h1b given that he/she passes step3? is it possible ? if yes ..how much time it takes?

Yes, depending if you are hired into a program that sponsors H visas,
