hi, all, do you guys have the problem of being unable to fall into sleep after having been studying at night? It happens to me recently and I'm even taking sleeping pills which does not work for me. The next day, I still need to work full time. I feel exhausted. Any advice? Thanks.sad

Mmmmmit looks like you are all strssed out! Try to focuse on learning process, only on understanding& memorization same time...you'll feel so tired that after 8-9h full study you can sleep at anytime, anywhere !!!!!!

i would advice avoidin sleeping pills,they cant b helpful,anyways u are a Dr,i'm sure u know that.The other thing,I know it makes us alert, but it can also make it impossible to sleep.Avoid caffeine in the night,whether its from cofee ,tea,pepsi or mountain dew,cofee in any form at night,wont help u sleep at all.what i try to do[i think i saw it somewhere on tjis forum] is to drink a glass of milk.That seems to help as well.wink

Bed is for sleeping and making love that is that
no reading in bed,not to much TV and untill you get GOOD Sleeping habits
go to bed at the same time all the time {20minutes later you'll be sleeping }
