I bought the 4 books when I start studying, and they seemed verycomplete to me. Then I went to a live prep and got the 2006-2007 notes (the 8 books), and I liked them better because of the practice questions at the end of each chapter and Behavioral science is much better in this edition. Overall the content of the 4 books is ok, but the same content looks easier to read in the latest edition.

I really did not used them too often, so I can not advise you on those. I may have look at them to see what they got, but I personally prefer the reviews. It really comes down to your personal preferences.

enough for ? If you want the best possible grade you should be saying what more do I need? Do not procrastinate and go an easy way, you will regret it for a lifetime. There are no retakes for low passes and all fails look bad. try this kaplan lecture notes+ Kaplan med essentials(not required but it fills in gaps in the notes), FA , Hy for anatomy/histo/embryo, Goljan + Kaplan for path,
