is the answer E ? I might be wrong, but I guess if the mechanism of action of L/A`s is considered, they block voltage dependent Na+ channels (gets inside the cell in non-ionized form and then get ionized and work on the Na+ channel) ..... sympathetic nerve fibers work thru 2nd msngrs rite? pls correct me if I`m wrong

A it has to do with the sequence and order of the block. Ach released at the ganglion activates ion channels that cause depolarization(NA) in the postganglionic sypathetic neuron. The question is asking which would be blocked last. I think its alpha motor neurons. I know the block depends on the diameter of the fibers and maybe myelination(I cant remember the sequence). I will look it up if no one gets it right.
