qs--pt with progressive vision loss.dx=glaucoma,, identify the visual field defect.
i have just found the diag. in high yield neuro on page -91. but it shows only one eye.
my question is will we see both eyes affected and if that is the case than how would we differentate b/w glaucoma and hysteria.
please help me solve this scenario
