I will rank categorical and prelim , but categorical first . If I do not match in categorical but match in prelim , the following year , can I reapply again for a PGY -1 in IM ??? Or will it look bad ???
Because if I cannot reapply for PGY-1 again , I will not "burn " my chances . I think i will prefer to look for research and not risk myself doing a prelim year .
