I have already told the program that i m intrested in ,so many times and is that i can ask for a second look??what does second look mean to the program ,cause they already know that I am very much intrested in their program .........and is the word second visit the appropriate one.

yes it is. some of the programs see it as an interest from the candidates side.

well as far as i know second visit is made by the candidate who is really intrested in the program and wants to make sure he made the right decision ,does the program take it like this ??correct me if i m wrong

Every candidate that comes for a second look is flagged and usually moved on the ROL (I can't tell you how far, but it does show an interest in program.....). It's a good thing....
