do we need to check bp if complain is dizziness?? or lossof consciousnss?

if the pt is taking you to orhtostatic hypotension disgnosis i wud definlty check the BP in both sitting and lying. in genrla i think we shud do it in check it in diziness but need to keep time constrains in mind. whats ur opinion shumaila.
