Can anyone pls tell me some of the best hospitals in US for internal medicine residency and infectious diseases fellowship??
And sth else.. Do you need match again after your residency for a fellowship? Can you find a residency and a fellowship together?

IM rank, then during your second year, you will interview and do the match again for a fellowship.
