hi docnikki, I finished the second round UW in ~3 weeks with doing qs and then reading explianation and sometime writing down very short notes on FA, also I read the part of FA as well. For about 2 weeks, I was studying like 14-15 hours/day and it was very tiring but as you can tell the intensive study of UW obviously worked for me even though during the real test I was regreting that I didn't have time to read one more time of all Kaplan notes after UW. UW is more specific and detailed than real test, the real test is for general understanding of medicine, not many rare diseases. But by doing UW, you can build up your ability to solve questions and help you to understand most of the diseases. Q bank is good too, if you have time, you can hurry up and finish it. I only did 1/3 of the Qs and barely read the explianations. If you have done UW once and have read the UW notes for a couple of time, you should be able to finish the last UW review in about 2 weeks. Then do NBME and see what your weak points are and then focus on that during your last week study. Good luck!
