A question for all those who have taken their exam. I am two weeks away from my exam. All this time of preparation i dint pay much attention to doing questions (except ofcourse usmleworld) thinking doing questions is the fun and easy part, but i read alot of kaplan and firstaid and tried to cram it. Ofcourse memorizing everything word to word is impossible atleast for me, What if for the next week i just do questions like kaplan qbank, kaplan Internal medicine question, dr.fischer questions pretest for surgery and ofcourse give second revision to usmleworld which im half way thru. HAs anyone done this ?Will that be equivalent to studying...because doing questions all day long isnt bad at all. I have heard froma lot of people that doing questions is the key to this exam unlike step 1...how many of you feel that way. Plz advice ..Thankyou

I wud say GO AAHEAD! Firstly doing questions all the day, makes you prepared for sitting all day in front of computer all day, which u will have to do in the exam. secondly, exam is so unpredictable that nobody can actually say whats best reading notes or doing questions. But I did this before my exam, I left theory in many areas & just did questions. I'm sure U will do great! Good luck!
