hi guys,
on the ECFMG website, under scramble info it is written:

If you have previously applied to a program with an unfilled position, contact the program to remind them that they have your application and request that they take another look at it. You cannot re-transmit your application

does this mean that if i have applied to a program, i cannot apply to it for the scramble and for them to consider my application i only have to call them and tell them to look at my application that i sent in september?

Does this mean that the 30 programs that i can apply during scramble should be all those with unfilled seats and where I did not apply in the first place?

Well, if I understand it right, for those programs which you have applied earlier, you just call and ask them to reconsider your application, it doesn't mean you don't have a shot at that program...ECFMG just don't waiste their time to send application twice to the same program...
