Today, I register for step 3, but didn't submit the CID Form, coz I have not got my ECFMG Certificate yet. I just register to make myself committed to study for exam on a regular pace.
I have kaplan q book, Strong Medicine, First Aid.
I am going to start with ethics which is my weakest part. I will study on University of Washington website at http://depts.washington.edu/bioethx/topics/index....
I will practice CSS on USMLD CD every day.
I have plan to subscribe to USMLE WORLD.
My plan would be to take the exam as soon as I could, hopefully before march. Everything depends on certificate.

sorry about that, its just that so many people say that there are going to be a lot of ethics Q on S3. I took the NBME, saw a lot of them there also... I also did the Washington site & am done with the kaplan ethics book also (which BTW was very average). But still dont feel strong about ethics!!!

yes, you are right, but there is not time to read too much for ethics, just learn the guideline and decide logically at the exam.This is the thing I am trying to do that.

Got my certificate today, stamped my CID by notary public at the hospital that I am doing observership for free. gonna mail it to Texas tomorrow.
Working on Usmle CD cases, today.

Got my scheduling permit today, called prometric center, gonna take exam on March 9th and 10th.
Should study seriously from now on.
Finished Neurology and Ehics from Strong Medicine, and also Cases from USMLE CD.

Finished Endo and CV from Strong. Subscribed to UW. Biostatics: 67%, First 48 random Questins, 8 min head of time, but 41%. 
18 days to exam, I should hit around 80 questions every day and finish the rest 200 pages of strong.

Two Blocks from UW. Average 60%. Some questions are really nice. 1177 q left.
Also finished 2 CCS from UW.
17 days to exam.

Yesterday, I finished UW MCQs. 55% Strongest: Neuro and Derm, Weakest preventive medicine
Done with 33 CCS. DDx are good, but not that much order.
Practiced with USMLE CD. Read FAQs and tutor. It is awesome.
Started yesterday, Rapid reading of First Aid, Until tomorrow.
Then, will review UW MCQs and my notes for next 2 day before exam.
My exam on 8th and 9th.

Have exam tomorrow ... !
Done almost with FA, No time for reading Nephro, Neuro, Onco and Pshyc.
Gonna review UW MCQs with my notes, if I can.
CCS, 30 cases have left.
I will keep you posted about tomorrow exam.

Done with exam. Not that much related to my readings within past weeks. So funny and everyday questions. But UW was good. Strong medicine was the second and FA was the third for me....
hopefully, I will pass it.

Would you please tell us about your experience with the CCS component and how you found that. How well did the USMLE World CCS prepare you for the real CCS. Having gone thru the experience what if anything would you have done differently in better preparing for the CCS. Thanks in advance.
Do you have any other general tips for some of us who are taking the exam very soon
