hi losergirl, this is projection. sachin who has his doubts about himself , actually expresses his doubts and thus critisises his fellow openers tactics. this is classic projection.
if you are not from indiansub-continent, another classic example provides the explanation. PETE SAMPRAS and ANDRE AGASSI are the team members of AMERICAN DAVIS CUP team. ANDRE, who lost singles match and thus unsure about his abilities, states the PETE is not too sure about his chances in his singles match. i hope i have not confused you further.
