I took my CS yesterday at philly. I did handwashing,empathy sympathy , explaining diagnoses in all cases, and summarizing in all cases except one.
I did not write rectal exam or pelvic exam in the investigation part of patients notes but i told pt that i would need to do this.I wrote FOBT in bloody stool case in hurry with colonoscopy in my notes.
while washing hands i asked one pt if he has any questions but he could not hear me as the sound of pressure from tap water was high. so i repeated my question.i forgot to ask sexual history in one case.
I forgot to write some tests in the investigation parts as the space was limited and investigations were more than 5.
Im worried about my patients notes. this was my second attempt.first time i failed in CIS as i got very nervous. This time i was calm most of the time while taking history.I'm remembering my mistakes every passing day.
plz give some inputs.

evry passing day will get u more n more tensed if u keep thinking abt it...go out on a vacation or smthng...u cannot do anything abt it...no point thinking abt it...enjoy life when u can...
