Anybody knows if any state allows you to get a license with the ECFMG certificate only, or is Step 3 also necessary?

[left]It depends on the state you are applying. But most states require beside the step 3, that you have an specific amount of time in an acredited residency program... taht is for permanent license. To start your residency you probably will need a training authorization and the PC shoulg give you the application for that...[/left] [left]Good luck my friend[/left]
