Best time to take UW-plz advice

I have done one quick reading of kaplan lecture notes-dont seem to retain much though- can some one please advice me when to take u world-should i doa second rev and then start u world or do them simultaneouly-like qs in the mornings and notes rest of the day-
I have exam mid april so that gives me 2.5 months from now- can some one share their study plan with me-
i am thinking 1 month -2 reading kaplan plus uworld qs
15 days for crush and q book
last month- 3 reading plus nbme and usmle cd
please advice soon-thanks

I havn't taken my exam yet but will do it soon.
I would start UW early... I didn't do this but wish I had... there is a lot to learn from underworld... use it as a study tool rather than an assessment tool... write notes for everything you didn't know - review those notes!!!
If I had time to do it all again - I would read in the morning then do questions in the afternoon subject wise to reinforce the material I read...
