Shall be home during the match.Shall be extremely difficult to coordinate things especially documents.Thats partly why a prematch is so much an alluring proposition.

imjee are u goiing for match. this is my second match but don't know y i m going for match. people told me i should accept a prematch but still taking this risk and i am very tensed .

in my view... licensing paperwork can be done in ur home country provided u post ur paperwork by courier... infact it is easier to chase ur medical school ppl to expedite ur application if you are home.
If u are in for J1... then again u dont have to be in US... as for H1B... i am not sure.. i am yet to take step 3 to provide any details on the procedure for that.

thanks moozy. more than paperwork i am very worried abt the uncertainity of match. i saw that some of my programs have given half or more than half seats in match. most are going totally in match. but since i have heard that they rank amg's first then people not needing visas and in the last h1 people i am loosing confidence. i don't know if it would be a good idea to return for scramble if i m unlucky again.
