1. A very Good Community Program that has my desired fellowship in house like COOK COUNTY HOSPITAL
2. A University- based Program that does Not have fellowship in house like Wayne State University/ Sinai Grace.

1. a program might have a fellowship but have all the fellows from outside. ask how many of their fellows did the residency there.
2. a program might not have a fellowship and place most of its residents in fellowships (elsewhere). ask how many residents (%) got fellowships and where.

in ur example i wud take cook over sinai grace. but it is not a rule of thumb. but prefer places which have the fships of ur choice and take in house. rest wamba x 2 ___________________ Aut Invenam Viam Aut Faciam
