Looks like I put it in word 2007 format, this one should be compatible with the older ones.

SLE diffuse proliferating glomerulopathy and SLE is the most common one plus there is no Ab against BM, just deposition of circulating IC makes another step towards SLE

thats right, this is classic diffuse (whole golomerulus involved), proliferative >100 cells. which is type 4 sle glomerulonephritis
