C-11 hydroxylase deficiency has hyperkalemia?

can you tell me why? thanks in advance.

11-Desoxycortecosterone act as a potent minrelocorticosteriod, whic h is accumulated

11-Desoxycortecosterone increase Na+ absorption and decresed Potassium absorption.
so Na+ (up) K+(down)- hypokalemia...is right basically.
but hyperkalemia happens in C-11 hydroxylase deficiency.

I asked about this.
