Is it necessary to be a US citizen in order to look for a health care job in the US Army?

I know that you had to be a citizen or a Perm Resident when I was getting care at a US Army facility in Germany.

only citizens of residents... non of the army branches will help with visa... get a residency then you can become an army doctor...
