Hi
i'm IMG ,I have LOR from my medical school,but I have heard that if u get LOR from here they r more useful,so can anyone guide me how to do that, I have given step 1 & step 2 cs.I live in hosuton.I really want the 2008 match & really want to get some experience thru observorship or externship,plz tell me where & how to do that.thanks

GOOGLE => observership
email those institutions that are offering observership, apply for those positions
Do a good observership....if they like you...they will give you a good LOR
