preterm labor...as fetal size enlarges it eventually runs out of space b/c of the anatomic abnormality and stretches the uterus inducing contractions

Is this a complete question? The answer will depend on the severity of the deformity and the location of implantation. If the implantation occurs in one of the horns ........ it cannot be normal outcome.
