kaplan ck notes for all subjects.If u have time watch kaplan videos.i think the best were im,gyn,psy(psy was like a revision if u are fresh from step1),rest u can skip.Read im well.Do psy ethics stuff from brs behavioral also.Do one good reading even if it takes time.Do a quick second revision and then start with uw.Do the uw qs very well as i had some qs similar to uw and also if u do all the qs it will be like a revision and u will also know where u stand.At the end of each day try and read up stuff in the mcqs that u didnt remember from kaplan notes.Also make notes of key concepts to read later.Once done with uw give nbme......give urself time for another qucik final revision,work on weak subjects which uw will show u,give kaplan simulated and then just go for the exam.I would recommend u give sometime for another revision after uw although pple also give the exam after they finish uw.All the best
