a 30 year old women gravida 2 para 1 is brought to the emergency department in labour , an episiotomy is performed folowing delivery of head, shoulders do not follow with usual traction and maternal pushing , which of the folowwing is the most appropriate in the next step in management

First: Suprapubic Pression
2nd: Maternal thigh flexion (Mc Roberts maneuver)
3rd: Internal Rotation of the fetal shoulders to the oblique plaen (Woods maneuver)
4th: Manual delivery of the posterior arm
5th: Cephalic replacemnt (Zavanelli maneuver)
