I did 150 questions yesterday, 3 blocks of 50. The results: 66%/ 76%/85.4%
There were mainly questions of IM, Peds and Psychiatry/ethics. I will try to do 200 today.

I have taken 3 blocks of 50 questions each on pediatrics. I got 80% correct. I will take the weekend only for questions & answers, and I will start Ob/gyn Monday.

I was in housewife duty today, but I managed to take a 50 questions block on Psychiatrics, got 86%.

These test I have been taking are not kaplan, they may be UW, but I am not sure, since my material was passed on to me from a friend. In any case, they have a reasonable degree of difficulty and I like them. I am glad to serve you as a motivation, I think that is a great thing that this forum does for all of us: knowing that we are not alone is a relieve! Keep on going, study hard, and unavoidably you will end up getting good scores. Nothing valuable in life comes without us deserving it, so make yourself a person who deserve a 90+ in your test. Yesterday I started the ob/gyn book (boooring), I only read 30 pages, but I am catching up today. Hope to finish this book/torture by Friday, and then start the q-book to finish my first round of Kaplan. I think by March 17th (will be 2 months since I started studying) I will be done, and I will start to watch the videos. Pediatrics and IM are the areas that will need more attention, but in general I am feeling good about this test. Have a happy study day, everyone!

I am having a productive morning. I have read 33 pages so far, I am on page 123, so this book might very well be history by tomorrow night.

I am on page 140 of the ob/gyn book. Thanks God for keeping my will power going!. I will be done tomorrow at noon, and maybe I will start doing questions on ob/gyn. Now the American Idol duty is calling!!

I DID IT!!!! First round of Kaplan done! I am soooo happy because I am beating my own schedule. To all of you in this forum struggling to meet your goals, don't give up!! you can do it!!!! WILL POWER AND FAITH ARE THE KEY.

I took 2 ob/gyn 50-questions tests: 72% and 88%. I have 1 more left, but I am taking it easy this weekend. I plan to start watching videos on Monday, and keep taking test in between subjects.

Finished 3 blocks on Surgery, 70% average. I did not start videos, I will go over the q_book instead.
I was reading the posts of those who matched yesterday and I was so excited for them, and hoping to be one of those next year

Took test 3 and 4 of IM: 68% and 76%. They have 8 test in the q-book, so I probably will start the second reading of internal medicine and save the other 4 tests for later. My average in these 4 tests was 71%, lets see how much improves after the second reading.

I end up watching some video-lectures on cardiology, and it was good, despite of the fact that it takes a good chunk of time to go through all of them. I think I will only watch the tapes of IM, peds and surgery. I have been reading the postings in the Match forum and I am starting to freak out about it. There is just sooo much to take care of to make sure that you give your best shot.
Anyway, lets spend the energy in getting a 99 in step 2, and God bless us all.

Thank you so much for the good wishes Mitty!! I wish you twice the success. I firmly believe in being deserving of your blessings, and in the power within of us to make things happen.
Today I finished watching the cardiology videos, and I plan to read it from the book really quick tonight just to reinforce it. Hope to be able to watch some more videos during the weekend, but maybe some home improvement projects will keep me busy.
