Is it true that if i do not match in my first option , my chances to match in my other options decrease because the positions will be already filled by people that put my other options as first ones???

If you dont match your first option but you are the first choice of your second program you will match there. This is what I have understood. Your chances do not decrease as long as you are ranked high by programs you rank high.
