I am going to schedule a CS test around August. Any nice soul can tell me if the location mattters or I can just select the most convenient site for me like phila? thank you in advance for your reply. any useful link is appreciated!

No nice soul around  I asked my friend who already took CS and here is his answer: I haven't heard that some places are OK and some places are tough. I think these exams are pretty much standardized. I've asked this question around but it seems nobody thinks in that way.
so, I will just go ahead and schedule the date.
