selegiline, neuroleptics,metoclopramide,methyldopa,reserpine bradykinesia,rigidity,resting tremor,postural instability clinical diagnosis,high freq stimulation of thalamus is effective

good. subthalamic nucleus is the preferred site for deep brain stimulation.
